For defective items supplied from the manufacturer, you will be eligible for an exchange, refund, coupon or voucher if the item(s) is returned within 3 days from the date of delivery along with the e-payment confirmation. 

Notwithstanding any laws or otherwise, no exchange or refund will be made for non-defective, correctly delivered products.
